Returns and Damages

a. All sales are considered final unless products are defective or damaged upon arrival.
b. Claims for damaged or defective products must be made within 5 days of receiving your order. Please contact us with photographic evidence of the damage and the shipping packaging.
c. Approved returns or exchanges for damaged goods will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
d. We are not responsible for damages incurred during shipping if the packaging appears undamaged. Claims for shipping damage must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
