Wholesale Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before applying for or placing a wholesale order. By applying for a wholesale account or placing an order with BCC Designs, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Account Application and Approval

a. All prospective wholesale partners must complete the Wholesale Account Application Form 
b. Approval of wholesale accounts is at the sole discretion of BCC Designs We reserve the right to accept or reject any application without explanation.
c. Approved wholesale accounts are for the purpose of reselling our products to end consumers. Products purchased wholesale may not be used as components in products sold under another brand without prior written agreement.

2. Minimum Order Requirements

a. A minimum order of $275 USD is required for all wholesale purchases. This minimum applies to the product subtotal before shipping and taxes.
b. There are no minimum quantity requirements per product style, provided the total order meets the minimum dollar amount.

3. Ordering Process

a. Orders can be placed through bcc-designswholesale.com
b. All orders are subject to acceptance by BCC Designs. We reserve the right to refuse any order. c. Order confirmations will be sent via email upon receipt of your order. Please review it carefully and notify us of any discrepancies immediately.

4. Pricing

a. Wholesale pricing will be provided upon approval of your wholesale account.
b. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Orders will be invoiced at the prices in effect at the time the order is placed. c

5. Payment Terms

a. Payment in full is required at the time the order is placed unless other terms have been explicitly agreed upon in writing.
b.Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is received and confirmed.

6. Shipping

a. We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $30 USD for all wholesale orders shipped within the contiguous United States. b. Shipping is typically done via UPS or USPS. A tracking number will be provided once the order has shipped.
c. We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by the carrier or other unforeseen circumstances. 

7. Turnaround Time

a. Our standard turnaround time for processing and preparing wholesale orders for shipment is typically 5 to 7 business days from the date your order is placed and payment is confirmed.
b. This is an estimated timeframe and may be longer during peak seasons or for unusually large orders. We will communicate any significant delays.
c. Rush order processing is available for an additional fee. Please contact us to inquire about rush order availability and pricing before placing your order.

8. Returns and Damages

a. All sales are considered final unless products are defective or damaged upon arrival.
b. Claims for damaged or defective products must be made within 5 days of receiving your order. Please contact us with photographic evidence of the damage and the shipping packaging.
c. Approved returns or exchanges for damaged goods will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
d. We are not responsible for damages incurred during shipping if the packaging appears undamaged. Claims for shipping damage must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

9. Intellectual Property

a. All designs, product images, and website content are the intellectual property of BCC Designs and Partnered Artists.
b. Wholesale partners are permitted to use our product images for the purpose of marketing and selling our products. Images may not be altered without permission.
c. The purchase of blanks does not transfer the copyright or intellectual property rights of the design to the wholesale partner. You are purchasing the physical blank for painting and resale of the finished product.

10. Confidentiality

a. Wholesale pricing and terms are confidential and should not be shared with third parties.

11. Governing Law

a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia, United States.
